The Washtime Express Tunnel is designed to provide maximum cleaning effectiveness quickly and for low cost. You begin by pulling up to an automated, bilingual kiosk. By pressing the touchscreen, you select your desired wash package, and pay with cash, credit card, fleet or gift card. Automatic gates then open at the approriate time to sequence your vehicle for the wash you have selected. An attendant will help guide your vehicle onto the conveyor as you remain in the car. After placing your car in neutral, the conveyor will gently roll your vehicle through the tunnel.

As you enter the wash, presoak is applied to the vehicle to begin the cleaning process. Simultaneously, high pressure side blasters remove any heavy mud and grit from the vehicle surface. Gentle Envirosoft brushes then remove road film. Wheels are cleaned using a 3-step process. First, they receive a wheel and tire cleaner application. Next, the Wheel Boss firmly scrubs the wheels and tires, penetrating deep into rims. Finally, a high pressure blaster removes any remaining residue.

The undercarriage is cleansed of mud and chemicals, then a protectant is applied to coat bare metal surfaces, protecting them from corrosion. Triple foam conditioner prepares the painted surfaces to recieve a Clearcoat Protectant and Rain-X which protects the vehicle surface from UV radiation and seals the clearcoat finish. Spot free water gives the vehicle a final rinse, as it heads into the tire shiner and dryers.
